Ms. McFarlane has over 13 years of experience working in the public child welfare system, assisting many families with navigating the foster care and adoption process. She has been in private practice for over seven years and has experience in providing Specialized attachment-based training; Trauma-focused treatment of children and families exposed to physical, sexual, and emotional traumas; Consultation and clinical supervision for non-profit agency staff; Assessments of families in custody and adoption matters. Offering intervention to assist in addressing the interpersonal issues within families and individual relationships is a primary focus of her practice.
